You will not want to miss the MHSA 25th Annual Early Childhood Training Conference! This year we have the Derwin Dubose, Managing Partner, with New Majority Community Labs joining us to provide the Opening Keynote. Derwin is internationally recognized as a nonprofit thought
leader, he has raised $6.5 million for nonprofits and political campaigns
engaging low-income communities. Derwin is also a proud Head Start alumnus.

We have added new sessions! Register Today!

Be sure to review the two concurrent Pre-Conference Workshops we are offering on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.

For staff we have: “Developmentally Appropriate Leadership – Supporting & Sustaining Growth for Early Childhood Educators” where attendees will learn how leading staff through change will support and sustain quality in your Head Start programs. The intent of this workshop is to address challenges that maintain status quo rather than move programs forward to greater quality.

For directors & managers we have: “Effective Program Planning: Working Together to Achieve your Goals” to explore thoughtful planning that has always been critical to Head Start success, but which is even more important as programs shift from an indefinite grant period to a five-year project period.

We have a great mixture of education sessions beginning on Thursday, February 25, 2016. Check out a few highlights below and the full program of sessions!
